Richard Pech

Dr Richard Pech lectures in business strategy, entrepreneurship, and business improvement at the La Trobe University Graduate School of Management in Melbourne, Australia. He has published in numerous international journals including Management Decision, The European Journal of Innovation Management, The Leadership and Organization Development Journal, Journal of Contingencies and Crisis Management, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Journal of Management Consulting, New Zealand Strategic Management, The New Zealand Army Journal, and Corporate Governance: The International Journal of Business and Society. He has also written two books on innovation in business and on business strategy.
