Director - Graham Elkin

The Director of the NZBCRC, Graham Elkin is Head of the Department of Management at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand.

Graham teaches organisation behaviour, case writing and human resource management. After a Human Resource Management career he came to the University of Otago in 1983, and was the MBA Director from 1984-1989. Graham's research interests are concerned with the application of Organisational Behaviour in New Zealand, educational design, case writing and human resource development.
