Elizabeth Ditzel (formerly Hall)

Liz teaches general management and human resource management at the University of Otago. She has worked in a variety of positions within health care administration and senior management, and in teaching and education. Liz has a number of research interests, including women in management, gender and communication, innovative teaching, and stress and burnout. She is completing a PhD in the area of burnout and its effect on nurses.
