Diane Ruwhiu

Diane teaches operations and supply chain management and an environmental management paper at the University of Otago. Prior to University, she worked for several years in logistics and purchasing with the Royal New Zealand Airforce. Diane's research area is supply chain management and social networks.

Diane has written a number of cases for teaching purposes and her Masters thesis utilised case study analysis. Most recently, Diane, along with colleague Jo Kirkwood was awarded the ‘Best Case from outside North America' at the 2002 North American Case Research Association (NACRA) Conference with the case 'Service Operations Management at Kelly Tarlton’s Antarctic Encounter and Underwater World.'
