Beverley McNally

Beverley is a Senior Lecturer in Management at The Open Polytechnic of New Zealand and is completing her PhD at The Victoria University of Wellington in association with the Centre for the Study of Leadership. Beverley’s main research focus has been in the area of leadership development and leadership competency in the global environment and the role of human resources in developing executives who are capable of leading in the new global environment.
