Everett
André teaches international and strategic management
at the University of Otago. He has worked in a wide range
of manufacturing and service industries in six countries.
His research interests include internationalisation of management
philosophies, evolution of management strategies, measurement
of customer satisfaction, and cultural influences on international
business. He received his PhD in the learning effects of expert
system explanation mechanisms from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln
(USA).
