Journal

Eventually the Centre will launch a New Zealand and Australian case research and use journal. The New Zealand Business Case Research Journal will be the only journal of its kind, offering authors double blind refereeing which guarantees quality. Teaching notes will accompany the cases if they are to be used as teaching aids.

The journal will publish cases and have sections on case research and pedagogy.

 

Details on case submission

  • All work submitted to the centre must be original. Previously published work or work being submitted for publication elsewhere will not be considered.
  • Submission based upon actual organisations must include a statement from the organisation agreeing to its publication.
  • There are no submission fees or page charges.
  • The NZBCRC will hold the copyright. Authors are free to use their teaching cases for their own use, such as in textbooks they are writing.
  • Cases distributed through a joint arrangement with Richard Ivey Case Publishing (Western Ontario Business School, Canada) will return a 5% royalty to the author and 2.5% to the NZBCRC. Link to http://www.ivey.uwo.ca/cases
