Industrial Relations Research Centre

As employment plays a significant part in most people's lives, the way in which employers and employees interact is important both to these parties and to society as a whole.

Based at the University of Otago's Department of Management, the Industrial Relations Research Centre examines a variety of contemporary employment issues, of interest to academics, practitioners, and to the general public.
