The Otago Forum: Leading New Business Thinking

The School of Business at the University of Otago has established an academic forum of global interest called The Otago Forum. The inaugural topic for discussion at our Forum meeting was the significant new challenge to marketing orthodoxy called Service Dominant Logic.

The Forum was held over three days in Dunedin, New Zealand from 21 – 23 November, 2005, and was followed by a one-day business briefing based on the key themes.

The Otago Forum was a leading edge contribution to marketing thought and practice. Over twenty leading academics in this new field from around the world participated.
