Shah joined the PhD programme in February 2009. Prior to taking
up his doctoral studies he worked as a Lecturer and previously a
Research Associate at Balochistan University of Information Technology,
Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS). His thesis will focus
on the sustainability of intertemporal budget constraint and the
effect of fiscal policy on Asian developing countries.
