Undergraduate Study: Required Papers
Began your BCom at Otago prior to 2007?
If you enrolled in your BCom or BCom(Hons) in 2005 or 2006, you are exempt from studying the seven papers, but you will still be required to complete the three required papers in the regulations when you started your qualification:
- BSNS107 Understanding Accounting
- BSNS 104 Principles of Economics 1(formerly ECON 111)
- BSNS 102 Quantitative Analysis for Business (formerly QUAN 101)
If you enrolled in your BCom in 2004 or prior, you are exempt from studying any required papers. However, we strongly urge you to add some BSNS papers to your study schedule to gain a broader knowledge of business and increase your employability!
