Typically we can help you with all your ICT needs with just a phone call or an email and we will log your incident or service request in our Helpdesk system. If the service you require is not offered by our team we can point you in the right direction. Likewise if we are unable to resolve your issue within our team we log and track it with other University service divisions or with third party vendors.

Hours
Room 3.05 Commerce Building
8.30am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
We do not offer support after 5pm on weekdays or over the weekend, however ITS do offer extended Helpdesk Hours
Public Holidays
No support is provided on public holidays: Easter Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 1 January (New Years Day) and 2 January.
